+ DESIGN: Provide master planning, stacking, floor planning, area schedules, programming, zoning, project improvement plans, competitive set, brand alignment, design team, cost plans to evaluate and improve assets.

+ DEVELOPMENT: Created feasibility reports with financial and sensitivity analysis  (multiple global project locations) to evaluate acquisitions, optimize assets, with recommendations to increase ROI, ADR, NOI and advise on acquisitions / capex.
+ EXECUTION: Acted as the owner’s representative to manage acquisitions and end to end project oversight of capital improvements (renovations) and ground up.
